Today Nokia launched Ovi (means door in Finnish…get it?), a new download service which will have music, games, maps and other online applications.
Also Ovi features a photo upload service which allows you to upload pictures straight from your nokia mobile.
Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, chief executive said that Ovi would open new market possibilities for the Finnish handset manufacturer.
“Phones are not enough any more. Great companies renew themselves from time to time. This is the beginning of the next new step for Nokia,”

No game sharing for Warhawk!
One feature of the PS network, is that a user can download something they have purchased on the PS Store up to 5 times, this is there in case a user needed to download something again due to accidental loss.
Users have been abusing the feature though, sharing their user account with friends, so that they may download the purchased games on to their PS3’s. Sony says that the case with Warhawk will be different however as only those who have purchased the game will be able to log in to play it.
In addition to the PS download version of Warhawk it will be also released on Blueray, the first game to be released on both formats, so it is much more of a title then say Super Rub a Dub.
Incidentally Warhawk will now be released on the 30th costing £19.99 to download
